Marmalade made from Seville Oranges

Our homemade marmalade is made from the juice and peel of seville oranges boiled with sugar and water. Although Seville Oranges are the preferred citrus fruit, marmalade can be made with other citrus fruits.

Citrus Fruit Grown at Chilcotts Farm

Unsurprisingly, the seville oranges we use are not grown at Chilcotts Farm.

Perhaps surprisingly, we do grow lemons, limes, grapefruits and sweet oranges. Not enough for marmalade or to sell, just enough for a few gin & tonics!
